Louisa Crosby
FOUNDER OF GANNETT HEALTH
ADULT-GERONTOLOGY ACUTE CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER
Since 2016, I've had the privilege of practicing as a nurse practitioner across a wide range of environments - intensive care, urgent care, hospital medicine, women's health, geriatrics, palliative care, and end-of-life care. In 2022, I founded Gannett Health to slow down and do medicine differently: more time with each patient, deeper attention, and the kind of long-term relationships that actually move the needle on health.
I have a particular passion for working with patients navigating hormone imbalance, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome, helping younger individuals build a foundation for long-term health, and providing palliative and end-of-life care in the home. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, and I believe in close collaboration with specialists across every discipline.
Before returning to my hometown of Big Horn, Wyoming in 2019, I spent 13 years in Austin, Texas, where I worked with the City of Austin, SAFE Austin, Austin Geriatric Specialists, and Dell Seton Level I Trauma Center - a Level I Trauma Center. Locally, I have been a provider with Reproductive Health of the Big Horns and the Sheridan VA Medical Center.
Having lived and practiced across Wyoming, the Mountain West, New England, and abroad, including time in France and Oman, I understand that great care starts with meeting people where they are - culturally and personally.
I live in Big Horn, Wyoming with my family, where my children carry on as 5th generation Wyomingites. At home, we chase weeds, dogs, cats, and two miniature donkeys. Every chance we get, we find our way to the water.

Jeff Leininger
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I offer a non-judgmental space, recognizing the significance of meeting you precisely where you are in your journey while assisting you in uncovering the most meaningful aspects of your life. Following a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that delves into the biological, psychosocial, and spiritual factors impacting your life - we will collaboratively determine the most suitable mental health treatment options to promote your well-being.
I help individuals navigate difficult life transitions and those who are facing challenges with acute or chronic anxiety; eating disorders; depression; ADHD'; mood/bipolar disorders; insomnia; and alcohol or chemical dependency. I also work closely with LGBTQ individuals and am deeply committed to providing support to BIPOC communities.
I bring significant expertise to my work with individuals who are reevaluating their connections to alcohol and other substances. The integration of psychiatric medications, particularly when used in conjunction with psychotherapy and mindfulness practices, can be a vital component in attaining increased stability and equilibrium.
I received my Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master of Arts from CUNY Hunter College.
I spend my free time hanging outside with with my dog, Leon, and also practice meditation.
