With over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I've come to appreciate the nuanced and personal aspects of health, wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, and longevity. My core values in these domains, particularly in nutrition and longevity, have evolved through evidence-based training, holistic and functional approaches, insights into human nature and behaviors, and interactions with my patients and clients.

I offer lifestyle and wellness nutrition, chronic disease nutrition, diabetes care, nutrition for the aging population, pediatric nutrition, and nutrition for individuals seeking peak performance.

The path to one's healthiest self is deeply personal. I am here to accompany your journey, offering guidance and support.

My personal journey towards health and wellness started at a young age, shaped by my early involvement in athletics. It was during my high school years when I experienced health complications, however, that I was inspired to expand my understanding of wellness beyond mere athletic performance. This led me to embark on my professional journey, beginning as a YMCA employee in the weight room in Sheridan, WY. Engaging with YMCA members and delving into their health goals fueled my curiosity and passion for this field.

I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wyoming, followed by a Master's of Science in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning and Coaching. Subsequently, I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics while working at the YMCA in Boise, Idaho.

On the trail…

I am fortunate to be married to an incredible husband who is my partner in every aspect of life. Interestingly, he finds himself unintentionally embarking on my health-conscious journey, primarily because I'm the one responsible for grocery shopping!

Our shared interests include fly fishing and archery hunting, making us a family that thrives in the great outdoors. We also keep things interesting with our spirited mules, who constantly challenge our wits. I have a genuine love for cooking, and enjoy experimenting with fermented foods. It's not unusual to find a jar of sauerkraut or kimchi fermenting on our kitchen countertops!

If you're ready to embark on the road to optimal health, there's no need to wait. Let's begin today!
